You had me at Chipotle 😮‍💨 Our love story begins in the Spring of 2014. We both went to sac city college. My maid of honor, Adreanna introduced us because of our mutual love for Pewdiepie. I was too shy and nervous to send the first message so she stole my phone and sent a message on my behalf and that’s where it started. We talked online for a bit before deciding to meet up at Sac City, even skipped a class just to meet him. I barely talked but he opened me up and charmed me with his humor, good looks, and sweetness and later he had to leave to give my maid of honor a ride home but when she found out he and I were hanging out she told him nvm and he came back to meet me at chipotle where I was about to have lunch. He caught up with me, bought our lunch, and we were able to connect more and spent a lot more time with each other. We didn't want it to stop so he offered to drive me home. I obviously gave him "short route" home... hehe jk it was the long way home but I wanted to know him more. He drove me back in his death mobile (Olds mobile deathtrap of a car lol). Gave me a hug and sparks kept flying since then. We made it official on April 14, 2014 and been inseparable since then.

Our love grew from that point on. We're both goofballs with a golden retriever bf and black cat gf dynamic. We keep each other laughing, poking fun at each other, and show our love through small acts of affection, attention, and support. Our favorite pastime is going on small Chili's dates and making fun of people's laughs at restaurants and more! Anyone that knows us, knows how big of a Chili's fan we are.

Through thick and thin, we always have each other's back. Supporting each other's passions, aspirations, and personal goals. It hasn't always been easy, but we learned to communicate with one another and strengthened our relationship through our vulnerability and openness.

We don't always see eye-to-eye, but we compromise and learn to respect each others thoughts and feelings, keeping our relationship healthy and genuine.

Over the years, Nathan helped me open up more. I'm the sensitive introvert hermit crab, but his love, admiration, and support opened me up to new friends and close relationships. He gave me the confidence in myself, to love and accept myself, as I am. In him, I gave him love and support in his personal goals, career aspirations, his bands, and more. We solid as a keto poop!

After years and years together, he loved me so much that he asked me to be his forever. On 04/14/2019, he and I went to San Francisco for a day trip where we spent the day seeing the sights. After dinner, he said we have to go to twin peaks tonight. I told him it could be the day after but he insisted it had to be that night. What a perfect night it was. It was windy, but the skies were clear and the city shined bright. I started taking videos and pictures...then he said I dropped something and got on one knee and proposed. Nathan is a genuine soul with a deep love for me, my family, and our cats. With his good looks, amazing family, charm, and humor, I knew he was my forever and I said "Yes". I'll never forget that perfect night or the random chick yelling from her car, "OH MY GOD GIRL IS HE PROPOSING!??? AHH CONGRATULATIONS!!"

Even though he proposed in 2019, we decided to wait to plan our wedding because of school, looking for work, and we wanted to get our own place together first too. Through covid, we kept it pushing. I graduated with my Bachelors at Sac State in the middle of the pandemic and I wouldn't have reached this goal without him and my family.

We finally moved-in with each other in 2021 and learned to live with each other and learn each other's habits. Living together with our cat children strengthened our relationship and solidified our love for each other. No one could mess with us or our relationship.

People always say how envious they are of our relationship. We love hearing how we're goals for people and I hope that we can inspire people to find true love.... and yes even in Sac.... it's possible!

Our love story ain't much but it's been honest work. We love each other deeply, anyone can see that, and finally after nearly 10 years together....

We are finally saying, "I do". We found our dream wedding venue at Rough and Ready Vineyards (Hehe).

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary this year as bf and gf and now....

Come October 5th, we will celebrate a new chapter in our love story with our friends and loved ones, as husband and wife, the guerito vato to his hot cheeto heina, and the chili's margarita to my cajun chicken pasta.
