Shuttles will be provided to transport guests to the wedding venue and return guests directly to their hotels at the end of the reception. The pickup schedule is linked on our home page. Please do not plan to take a taxi to the venue, as it will be very difficult to return to the city at the end of the night.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. The reception will begin directly after and will go until around 1:00 am. Shuttles back to the city will begin running every hour starting at 11:00 pm.

The dress code is black-tie optional. This means suits and ties, tuxedos, full length gowns or jumpsuits. The venue is mostly outdoors, so we would recommend avoiding stilettos or shoes that will be difficult to walk over grass and gravel in.

The wedding party will be wearing black suits and dresses in the following colors: burgundy, terra cotta, rust, and rose gold. However, do not feel like you need to avoid these colors! Guests are welcome to wear any color they want (except for white of course).

April is the beginning of autumn in Argentina. The weather should be in the 70s F during the day and cooler in the evening. Afternoon will be the warmest time of day, so plan for a warm ceremony and cooler reception. It is also the dry season in Mendoza, so the chance of rain is very low (fingers crossed!)

We will be serving a variety of appetizers, an entree and a dessert. The entree will be world famous Argentine steak, with a vegetarian option available upon request. We will also provide assorted sweets and late-night snacks!

Due to restrictions at the venue, only guests who have been specifically invited and RSVP'd may attend. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
