The Harris Building offers free valet parking. The venue is also a 10 minute walk from our hotel blocks. 

Travel

We want to have some additional time to say hello to all the friends and family coming from out of town. The night before the wedding on Friday August 4th from 9PM-10PM we will be having a meet and greet at the AC Hotel’s Lounge, which is located in the lobby. Hope you will stop by and join us for desert.

Family & Friends Meet & Greet

We love Donkey! It’s one of Grand Rapids most fun and delicious restaurants. The margaritas are so good, and the tacos are amazing. If you have time during your stay in GR we recommend a stop at Donkey. 

Donkey Taqueria

Hoffmaster is a gem! It’s our absolute favorite Michigan beach . It’s a 40 minute drive from Grand Rapids, but worth it. It has beautiful sand dunes and crystal clear water. You won’t regret a beach day or watching a sunset at Hoffmaster.

PJ Hoffmaster State Park

A night out on Bridge Street is a perfect way to spend an evening in GR. You’ll love BU, it just may be the best restaurant in the city. Michael recommends: The Meatloaf. Alex recommends: The Hanger Steak.

Butcher's Union

Look it has nothing on Finders in BG, but it’s the best record store we’ve got in GR. Vertigo has a great selection of vinyls and is just a few steps away from The Harris Building.

The Score is always a good time. They have live music outside on their beach seating and tons of TVs inside. The beach vibes and music make it a West Michigan favorite.

Meijer Gardens is a wonderful part of West Michigan. If you have some extra time you’ll love the art and stunning gardens.

Meijer Gardens 

 Millennium Park is a very special place. It is where we first met and got engaged. It really is a great park with lots of trails for biking or walking. You can also enjoy one of the many ponds for fishing or kayaking.
