We want everyone to be able to celebrate fully and get home safely, so if you aren't taking a car, please take a ride to our venue aboard our wedding shuttle. Pick-up arrangements to be shared nearer the time. If you plan to arrive in private vehicles, parking is first come, first served, and is free of charge for our guests. Please plan on arriving at the base of the Gondola early (no later than 12PM please), as there tends to be a queue. Once up on the mountain, take some time to enjoy some Welcome Refreshments and this gorgeous venue before the ceremony begins.

Ceremony @ Spirit Trail Lookout* Please be seated by 12:45 PM. * Two ways to access the ceremony platform: (1) via the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, or alternatively, (2) via a short walking trail with minimal elevation change for guests not wanting to use the bridge.

Time to head down to the base. The shuttle will also be available to bring guests back into Downtown Squamish and the After Party venue from the Gondola.

The celebration continues on the stage and the dancefloor! Pizzas and tipples will be served. The shuttle will be on standby to take you back to your accommodations until midnight.

If you already need to set off nice and early for your travels, come have a coffee and say goodbye before you head out!
