Taylor & Alexa met in 2008 after being introduced by a mutual friend. They began dating a few months later, in January 2009, both just sixteen years old! In 2010 they graduated from their rival high schools (Boonsboro and Smithsburg) and continued to college together at West Virginia University. After all the late nights, WVU football games, meeting some new lifelong friends and getting a German shepherd puppy, the two graduated in 2014 with the highest honors. Taylor went on to start his career as a mechanical engineer and Alexa pursued her Masters degree at the University of Maryland. Fast forward to present day, the two have traveled around the world together, bought a house and now have TWO German shepherd dogs. Alexa, a social worker for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and Taylor, a mechanical engineer for a defense contractor got engaged in Krabi, Thailand in March 2017. The pair live in their row home in Baltimore, MD with their two pups - Leo and Logan. They decided on a destination wedding because of their shared love for the beach and warm weather. Board Fury and sail out to Buck Island National Wildlife Refuge. With professional instruction from the crew, no previous snorkeling experience is needed. Once the yacht anchors at Turtle Cove, don your mask, dive in, and encounter a variety of sea life including stingrays, conch, urchins, fish, and up to 20 endangered green sea turtles feeding along the beautiful, calm, and protected coral reef.
Relax and when you're not snorkeling, enjoy snacks and sip a drink from the open bar on Fury, a classic 46-foot (14-m) sailing yacht with room for 25 passengers. Half-Day Turtle Cove Sailing & Snorkeling

Visit Phantasea Tropical Botanical Gardens, St. Thomas's newest attraction, located 1,100 feet (335 m) above sea level. Then climb to even greater heights as you visit Mountain Top, the highest point on the island.
Upon your arrival to the gardens, set off on one of the park's paths and pass hundreds of bromeliads, heliconias, gingers, and palms. The attraction is also home to more than 1,000 orchids of varying types for you to admire. Take a seat on one of the many benches or under a gazebo, breathing in the tropical scents and hearing the local birds fluttering around the blooms.
Next your driver takes you up to the highest point in St. Thomas, Mountain Top. Take in panoramic views of the surrounding Caribbean Sea. On clear days you can see the neighboring British Virgin Islands. Enjoy a large selection of duty-free shopping before it's time to return to your hotel.
