Katie is my younger sister who is often mistaken as my twin (no idea why). Katie and I enjoyed a lively childhood filled with many disney and turks and caicos trips, meals at spumoni and watching football at Oxford Dr. I can always count on her in every aspect of my life, no matter what. Best little sister ever!

Jacob and I have been best buds since Mrs. McAdams class in 5th grade. We bonded over sports, video games, and reading books (nerds!). We have been best friends since we met all those years ago, and I couldn't imagine someone else handling business as my best man.

Amy is my cousin. We've been attached at the hip since before we could walk and you can most likely find us at the kids table at Kovac family functions. Amy is also engaged and its awesome we get to plan weddings side by side! I am so lucky to have a cousin who doubles as a great friend.

Scott has been a close friend of mine since high school. I remember becoming good friends in our Ceramics class (tough class). Scott has always been someone that I can confide in. He is level headed and will always help friends in need. Scott lives nearby in Charleston, and I am thankful to be able to see him as much as we do.

Katie and I met in pre-school (shout out to Temple Beth El) and I have known her longer than my own sister. She's basically a second sister to me. Even though we've been separated by 500+ miles since high school, were always making trips to each other. Recently, we had the opportunity to open a time capsule we made together and read letters we wrote to each other!

I met Mitch during the first days of living in Mauldin dorm at Clemson University. I asked Mitch if he would like to come to a party with me, and we have been buddies ever since. Mitch has been an integral part of our friend group, and I am lucky enough to have him live nearby in Goose Creek. Mitch, it's a great day to have a day.

Erika is one of my closest friends, sorority sister, fellow PhD go-getter, and former roomie (207 forever!). Erika was one of the reasons why my time at Clemson was such a pivotal and joyful period. So thankful for a bestie who is always down to talk sciencey with me.

Bratton became a brother in 2015. Before our parents met, we played high school football together for Nation Ford High School. Bratton currently serves our country as a member of the United States Navy. I am proud to have him as a part of our wedding.

Emma is Grant's younger sister. I'm so lucky Grant has such a cool and hip sister. Some of my favorite memories with Emma involve visits to her home in Fort Mill and promptly falling asleep on the couch, even at 8 pm, with Love Is Blind blasting in the background. I am excited to have a bonus sister as awesome, driven, and caring as Emma.

Kendrick and I have known each other since high school. We didn't become super close until we went to Clemson together. Kendrick lived with me and Jacob senior year, and made many memories. Kendrick is another one of my running buddies, and we have enjoyed several races together. He is an introspective and thoughtful friend, and I am excited to have him as part of this wedding.

Laura is one of my closest friends, sorority sister, and former roomie (207 forever!). Laura and I quickly bonded over our love for football and Disney when we first met at Clemson, and have been besties ever since. Laura is the best hype girl and to know my Laura is to love her!

Bradford is my oldest friend. We met each other in the diaper days when we were 2 years old. We have been inseparable ever since. Bradford lived in both of my neighborhoods growing up, so we always were hanging out. We enjoyed many times together and have some crazy stories to tell! One of these was successfully running a marathon together! Bradford is a lifelong friend, and I always knew he would be in my wedding.

I met Kendall through Laura at Clemson. We became quick friends and had weekly "This is Us" viewing dinner dates. Kendall recently married Luke and I have been so lucky to go through our bridal seasons together. You can often find Kendall and I giggling over memes and tik toks.

Alexa and Grant's pup, Jack the Spanish Water Dog, will be supervising his pawrents wedding from afar on October 4th. He has been very helpful throughout the planning process with providing snuggles and kisses daily!
