To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children (unless specified on your invitation)

Complimentary Shuttles are provided and will stop at all hotels in the hotel block (Please RSVP if you plan to take the shuttle on formal invites & notify hotel)

If you are not using the shuttle, there is parking at Bear Brook Valley - Please enjoy valet parking, compliments of the hosts

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Although it is optional, we kindly ask that all our guests consider dressing in Black Tie attire. Thank you!
