It’s not too early to book, and while they will need a CC number to guarantee the reservation, you don’t pay until you check in. When making reservations, it is very important that all guest names are listed on the reservation, otherwise only the person listed with a matching ID can check in, get a key (or a replacement), get the room number, etc. They encourage reservations to be made in the name of the primary guest that will be staying in the room rather than making several reservations under one name.
AFTER PARTY
Following the reception, we invite guests staying at the hotel to join us in the Hotel Bar located in the lobby! There will be a cash bar available until 2 AM.
MORNING AFTER BREAKFAST
For guests at the hotel, breakfast will be provided from 9 am to 11 am in the HOLIDAY INN BUDD LAKE BALLROOM A on Monday, November 24th, 2025.
SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION
A shuttle will be provided to take guests from the Holiday Inn to Bear Brook Valley (TBD on time).
A shuttle will run at the end of the night leaving Bear Brook and heading back to the Holiday Inn.
Please indicate whether or not you plan on using the shuttle service to and from the hotel, on your RSVP portion of the formal invitation. Please also inform hotel if you will be utilizing transportation with the couple.
