FAQ

Welcome Party

What's the Welcome Party?

Say howdy to the bride and groom before the big day! Swing by Thursday evening for some good eats, cold drinks, and catch up with family and friends. We would love to see you there! Yee haw!

What time should I arrive?

The party officially starts at 6pm, but we'll be hootin' and hollerin' until 10pm. No time is too late before then - swing by whenever you can!

What should I wear?!

Embrace your inner cowboy/cowgirl and wear your Nashville best to celebrate! Cowboy hats, boots, and bolo ties encouraged.

The Ceremony & Reception

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 23rd, 2025, to let us know if you'll be joining us for our special day! You can easily submit your response on the RSVP page on our website. If we do not receive your RSVP by February 23rd, it will be marked as "no." We hope to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before our ceremony begins to avoid disruption.

Will there be parking?

Ceremony: There is ample parking available in the lot and parking garage behind the Cathedral. Reception: There is no parking lot at The Bell Tower. Valet parking is offered at the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn and there is also a pay lot close by at Music City Center. Ride share: Ubers and Lyfts are easy to come by in Nashville and they are usually reasonably priced. Please consider using ride share if you are planning to enjoy the bar during the evening.

What should I wear?!

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our special day! The dress code is cocktail attire (suit & tie, cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits). Please refrain from wearing colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory). Our wedding will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding!
