What will the weather be like?
It is Michigan, it could be whatever it chooses to be. Usually around this time of year, it will be in the 70s during the day, and drop later in the night around the 50s. Keep an eye on the weather the closer we get to our date. If it happens to rain bring an umbrella, the day will go on.
Where should we stay?
There are hotels around 12-20 minutes away. There are a few in Jackson, and then there is Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek. Check travel page for more information.
Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Transportation is the guests responsibility. There is room for parking at the venue, however it will make it easier to carpool. If you plan on drinking, be sure to have a designated driver or see if an Uber or someone you may know can pick you up. Being out at a barn, Uber probably will not be the answer. Your car cannot stay at the venue overnight, otherwise they will tow it.
