Can I RSVP Online?
Online RSVPs are encouraged and appreciated! We Invite you to RSVP here on our website. Please call or text Alexa or Carson prior to the RSVP cut off date if you have any difficulties.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than 4/06/2024. Late RSVPs will not be accepted as final numbers must be given to the venue at least 6 weeks in advance.
What is the address of the venue?
The name of the venue is Zuccaro's Banquets and Catering Hall. Their address is 46601 Gratiot, Ave. Chesterfield, MI 48051.
Is there parking available near the venue?
There is a large parking lot in front of the building that should offer plenty of space for everyone to park.
Is the venue wheelchair and walker accessible?
Yes. There is a small walk from the main building to the ceremony space, however there are no stairs on site.
Have you reserved a hotel room block?
There is a first come first serve room block reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. You must use the code “BEA” to reserve your room. The hotel block is for the dates May 17th-19th. If this books up or doesn’t meet your needs there are plenty of other local hotels nearby.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue site?
Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel offers a local shuttle service but other surrounding hotels do not, so please plan your ride accordingly. Uber's and Lyft's may be available in the area for those who need it.
What is there to do around your venue?
There are many things conveniently located next to the venue. Please look under the "Things to Do" tab here on our website for more detailed information.
Is there a dress code?
We encourage all our guests to wear semi-formal attire. We suggest wearing a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.
Are there any styles or colors you'd prefer me to wear?
A neutral color palette including tan, black, gold, sage green, or light pastel colors is preferred but not required. Please no white or light blue!
Can we bring our kids?
To allow all our guests the opportunity to relax and let their hair down, we've chosen to make our big day adults only. We appreciate your willingness to make accommodations to come and celebrate with us. We promise it will be worth your while!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Due to limited space inside the venue, plus one's will not be accepted unless otherwise stated on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed to "Person and Guest" if you are allowed to bring a plus one. Please reach out to Alexa or Carson if you have any questions regarding this.
Is your wedding open bar?
Yes!!! There will be 8 different liquors, beer on tap, 3 types of wine, soft drinks, juice, and coffee available. Please bring cash if you wish to tip the bartenders or buy anything not previously listed.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place in an outdoor covered chapel. There will be a short walk outside from the reception building to the ceremony space. Cocktail hour and the reception will both take place indoors.
What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?
We ask that all guests arrive no later than 5:00 pm.
What time will your reception end?
The reception will be ending at 12am. Cleanup will follow from 12am to 1am.
Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception times?
There will be a 1-hour cocktail hour in between the ceremony and reception while the wedding party takes photos.
What type of food will be served?
We will be Hor' devours during cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner with a selection of pastas, oven baked chicken, Italian sausage and peppers, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, side salads, and dinner rolls.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know in your RSVP or contact Alexa or Carson directly. We will try our best to accommodate any restrictions or allergies.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We ask all guests to please refrain from using their phones or taking pictures during the ceremony. Our paid photographers are some of the best and we promise to share the beautiful shots they capture with all of you! However, during cocktail hour and the reception you are all welcomed to take as many pictures as you would like.
Should we bring a wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 4647 Elmont Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45245. A wedding card box will also be available at our reception.
Where will wedding updates be posted?
Any wedding updates will be posted on our Facebook group page "Becoming the Beaches 2024".
