If you like new and corporate, this is probably your best bet. Directly across from Yarmouths International Airport, (now only receiving private planes) you will need a car, or to try and get one of Yarmouths three Uber drivers to pick you up in order to get to Main Street (approximately 3km.)

Best Western Mermaid Yarmouth
This is a really nice Best Western, and just 1km past the Rodd Grand on Main Street. It is also right next to the McDonalds, where you can enjoy the famous McLobster sandwich, and across the street from Tim Hortons (or Timmy Hos.) If you know you know.

Right in the heart of Yarmouth's Historic District and on one of its most beautiful streets, you can stay in this fabulous old inn interior designed within an inch of its life.

Halifax Stanfield International Airport
Halifax International Airport (YHZ) offers daily flights from Philadelphia, Boston and New York. The airport is 3.5 hours from Yarmouth/Lake Annis. The airport offers a variety of rental car services.
There is a charter shuttle service between YHZ to Yarmouth. See Tri-Star Charters below.
The CAT - Bay Ferries
Bar Harbor, ME - Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
This high-speed CAT ferry takes just 3.5 hours. It leaves Bar Harbor at 3:30pm (EST) and arrives in Yarmouth at 8pm (Atlantic Time.) It can transport your vehicle.
Canadian customs takes place upon arrival in downtown Yarmouth.
Bay Ferries Ltd
Saint John, New Brunswick - Digby, Nova Scotia
The MV Fundy Rose takes 2.5 hours, departs St. John at 8am and 2:15pm, and arrives in Digby Harbor. It can transport your vehicle.
As you will have already completed Canadian customs when crossing into New Brunswick, there are no customs.
It takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to drive down route 101, Nova Scotia's "super highway" to Yarmouth/Lake Annis.
