Direct flights to Charlottesville are approximately 1 - 1.5 hours from NY/PA! The Chartlotesville airport with quite small with only 6 terminals making flying in and out very quick and simple. CHO airport is approximately 25 minutes from downtown C'ville/hotels. Another option is to fly to Richmond, Va which is approximately 1.5 hours from downtown C'ville/hotels
Amtrak
Approximately 7 hour train ride from New York Penn Station to Charlottesville, Va. Train stop in Virginia is ~5 minute walk from downtown Charlottesville where most hotels are located.
Drive
Charlottesville is very easily accessible via car with ample parking available!
