If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Semi-formal garden party attire, to match our upscale venue! Think high tea or Kentucky derby. Ruffles and floral print are encouraged.

Yes there is onsite parking at both the ceremony and reception sites. However, for guests staying at the Copperleaf in Appleton or the Cobblestone in Fremont, transportation will be provided.

Yes, a bus is provided for transportation from the Copperleaf hotel to the ceremony site in Brillion, will transport from ceremony site to reception, and return guests back to the Copperleaf hotel following the reception. Additionally a second bus will transport any guests in Fremont. Pickup and drop off will be from the Cobblestone Fremont.

After the ceremony guests can head over to Round Lake Farms for cocktail hour where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm, with dancing to follow.

Yes from 3:00PM to 7:00PM during cocktail hour and dinner. At 7:00PM we will move to a cash bar.

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift we will gratefully accept a small contribution to our 'wishing well'.

Dinner will be buffet style. We will be serving fresh bread and butter, house salad, prosciutto wrapped chicken, red wine demi-glaze beef tenderloin, roast carrots and seasonal risotto. Children are welcome to the buffet. We will not be serving a separate kids menu.
