The Copper Leaf Hotel is a great option if you would like to be close to the airport. Additionally its within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in downtown Appleton. The hotel also includes a complimentary airport shuttle.
On the day of the wedding transportation will be provided to the ceremony site and back from the reception. Pick up times will be determined as the wedding date draws closer.
Lamers Bus Lines
Buses will be provided from the Copper Leaf Hotel in Appleton, WI and guests from the Cobblestone in Fremont, WI. They will take guests to and from the ceremony site and reception. Will return guests following the reception.
Pick up time is 12:15 PM and 10:00 PM to return back to the hotel. The buses are blocked to drive guests from the ceremony site to the reception site as well.
Coolers with refreshments will be provided on the buses if there are any special requests let us know!
No smoking, kegs, or glass are allowed on the vehicle. Food and beverages allowed in paper, plastic or aluminum only.
Appleton International Airport
The closest airport for guests to fly into. The Copperleaf Hotel has a shuttle that will pick up guests at the airport. Additionally rental cars are available at the airport. Lyft and Uber do service the area as well.
Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport
Bigger airport than Appleton and is approximately a 2 hour drive to Appleton.
Chicago O'Hare International Airport
Cheapest option for airport and is approximately a 3 hour drive to Appleton.
FOX VALLEY CAB
Conventional taxi in the local area and is available for scheduled pick ups.
