Guests can call in directly at 215 491 0700 and mention the dates/wedding party or use the link below that inputs the group code HMW. This can also be entered manually on the Hilton website under special rates if it does not show.
The release date for the block is 4/21/26. After this date, the link will no longer work. Rate is still honored for those that call directly, but on a first come first serve basis with any availability that remains.
The Doylestown Inn

You have until February 20th, 2026 to reserve a room at this location.
We encourage extended family from out of town to book here as this is the location of our rehersal dinner.
Shuttle Information
Hampton Inn Guests (31-Passenger Shuttle)
To Terrain:
- Shuttle begins at 3:30pm. Please do not wait until the last minute to get on the shuttle!
- Running continously between Hampton Inn & Terrain to ensure all guests are transported leading up to the ceremony at 5:30pm
Back to the Hotel:
- Shuttle returns to Terrain at 10:00pm to transport guests back to the Hampton Inn
- Reception ends at 11:00pm, but we wanted an early option for those who need to call it a night
Doylestown Inn Guests (14-Passenger Van)
To Terrain:
- Van begins guest pickups at 4:00pm and end at 4:45pm
- Please be ready on time -- we are contracted for a two-hour window as this is the mode of transportation that the bridal party is using earlier in the day
After-Party Plans?
This is also the van to take if you're staying at the Doylestown Inn and/or plan to join us at Hopscotch after the reception (it's right around the corner from the hotel!)
*There will be no shuttles to the Hampton Inn when the after party concludes at 1am. Uber/Lyft options are available.*
