A block of 10 rooms have been held at the hotel. Those first 10 guests will get a discount, after that it is regular rate. A party bus has been booked and will take guests to and from the hotel and venue on a pre-determined schedule.

This is an alternative hotel that is across the street from the holiday inn express. Bus routes will still continue to operate from the holiday inn express and guests staying at the super 8 will be asked to make the short walk between hotels.
