What is the dress code?
Black Tie Optional.
The wedding party will be in formal attire and we would love for you to be as well!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend arriving between 2:30 pm -2:45 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will all take place outdoors.
Dinner will be held indoors.
What will the weather be like?
On average the temperature in North Carolina during early June is a high of 86' and a low of 65'. Ceremony and dancing will be covered by a tent on the off chance of rain, and there will be adjustments made if need be.
What will your wedding day timeline look like?
Ceremony at 3:00 | Cocktail Hour at 3:30 | Dinner at 5:00 | Cake Cutting at 6:15 | Dancing until 9:45 | Send Off at 10:00
Will transportation be provided?
Yes, don't worry we got you covered! Shuttles will be provided to & from the ceremony and reception from the Hyatt Place Hotel Chapel Hill/ Southern Village. Times TBD!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is an off-site parking lot that is available and transportation to-and-from will be provided.
Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate all children, only immediate family (ring bearer and flower girl) will be attending.

What type of food and drink will be served?
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated salad and buffet. There will also be cake!

Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we will be serving beer and wine throughout the whole event. We will also have signature cocktails available during the cocktail hour. Please be mindful and bring cash to tip our bartenders, we are providing a 10% gratuity but would love a little help to make up for the rest!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
THIS IS AN UNPLUGGED EVENT DURING THE CEREMONY!! Please no phones or cameras during the ceremony, we have a professional photographer that will capture the moment. After the ceremony is done, please feel free to bring your phones out and take as many pictures as you'd like! We will have a hashtag available for posting to social media.
When is the RSVP deadline?
MAY 1st, 2022. THIS IS THE LAST DAY WE WILL ACCEPT A RESPONSE! Due to final details, if you do not respond by this date unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you...you will be missed!
What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?
WE WOULD LIKE TO ONLY SEE SMILING FACES (NO MASKS)... so if you don't feel comfortable or well please do not attend.
