The dress code is semi-formal. Please be mindful of modesty in the church - shawls or coverings for shoulders are appropriate during the ceremony. Coats and ties are encouraged.

All additional guests and "plus ones" are listed on your wedding invite. We kindly ask that you do not plan to bring any guests who have not been listed on your invitation.

Yes! We are happy to accommodate children at our wedding. For kids older than 3, we tried to include them in the invites/rsvp option. If you would like to bring your kids and don't see them listed, please reach out to us and we will get them added. Babies and toddlers are welcome as well but don't need an rsvp.

Guests are welcome to park in the Cathedral's parking lot for the ceremony, however, the spaces are somewhat limited. If you park at the Cathedral, your car must be moved immediately after the ceremony to accommodate the 5pm Saturday Mass that follows. Two-hour street parking is also typically available up and down Broad Street and side streets. Queen Street Parking Garage is a 4 minute walk to the Cathedral - 93 Queen Street, Charleston, SC 29401. Ubering or ridesharing is also encouraged, especially to and from the reception.

The wedding ceremony will be inside the Cathedral. The reception will have both options to enjoy time outside by the water or on the porch, as well as inside in the air conditioning.
