Q + A

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Semi-formal dress attire is appropriate for our special day. It is a fall theme with a mix of burgandy, burnt orange, rust and tan colors. We recommend wearing something with a little fall flair that will be comfortable in the Southwest Florida climate. The ceremony and reception will take place indoors so guests will not be outside for long periods of time.

Are there any styles or colors you'd prefer me to wear?

We are not too selective regarding colors or styles but the church is very traditional, so please try to have your shoulders covered and not wear anything that is too short. As we said in the dress code question, it is a fall color scheme with some vibrant royal reds and oranges, anything in the fall color wheel would be nice. We trust our guests' judgement on church wedding attire and we want our guests to be comfortable, so we are flexible with a semi-formal styles that the guests prefers to wear.

The ceremony will officially start at 3:30 p.m. on November 9 at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church (19800 Allaire Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33908).
