Time: 3:30PM (please plan to arrive at 3:15PM to be seated as ceremony will start promptly at 3:30PM)

Location: Birch Meadows (address: 4485 Highway #3 South Fernie ~10 minutes from Lizard Creek Lodge/ Fernie Ski Resort or ~20 minutes from Fernie Downtown)

Information: We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking out your phones during the ceremony as we have the amazing Kim Contini there to capture the day. We will need to start our portraits quickly after the ceremony and will see you at the reception for many hugs at that time!

Information: Dan and Alex will be having photos taken at this time. Please feel welcome to enjoy a drink and a few canapés before the bride and groom arrive at the reception. Our reception is a cash bar. The venue asks that beverages from guests own rooms are not brought into the restaurant/reception area. Guests personal alcohol may be consumed in rooms.

Time: Bride and Groom entrance is scheduled for 6:15PM

Dinner will be served at 6:30PM which will progress into the rest of the reception evening with last call at 12:45AM
