Can I take pictures and videos during the wedding day?

Short answer-YES! We will be hiring a photographer for our special day but we are very appreciative of any special moments captured that day by anyone other than the photographer! Just keep in mind of not interfering with the photographers work and avoid using any flash. However, we did not hire a videographer (as thats a trend now and days), so feel free to capture videos as well! I know that we want videos of the big moments of our wedding! If you capture any photos or videos, send them to us via text or email, or post them and tag us!

Can I bring a plus one?

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have any concerns feel free to reach out. Thank you for understanding!

Allowed to bring children?

We enjoy your kids a lot! However, we will be limiting the age to 13+. We hope you can enjoy this evening as a date night for you and your date!

What is the dress code?

Formal attire! We would love to see our friends & family dress up with us! Dresses, rompers, dress pants, dress shirt, dress shoes, etc. Please no jeans or casual attire. Thank you in advance!

What time should I arrive?

Please be seated 30ish minutes early (around 3:30pm) to ensure everyone is seated when the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

Place to stay?

We will be having a room block held for the wedding night at the Hotel. We will have 10 rooms available the night before the wedding and then 20 rooms for the night of the wedding, and they will be at a discounted rate, so first come first serve! If there are any extra, you may try and book a room if we extend the room block or you may still book a room at the full price of the hotel without our discount. However, some places to stay near by if needed (not reserved/included on the wedding day, so consider researching availability as soon as you can!) RSVP Deadline?

We want to make sure your seat is saved, so make sure to RSVP by the deadline of August 20th, 2025! We will send out our invitations with the RSVP attached to it. We also ask you select and respond with a dinner option that we have provided for you to choose from. Please return the RSVP with a response. If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "DECLINE" so we can plan accordingly. If you do not RSVP and miss the deadline, we will have to mark you as a decline. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outside on the side of the building right behind the deck area of Loxleys patio. It is a really beautiful area that is half covered and half open! The cocktail hour will take place upstairs on the Wooden Deck. Then, the reception will take place inside the ballroom right near the area where the ceremony is going to be held.

Will food be served?

Yes! On our RSVP Cards our food options will be listed. Please Select Options 1, 2, or 3. Here are the options below: All Plated Dinners to Include: Choice of House or Caesar Salad. Warm Rolls & Butter. Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced Tea, & Lemonade. Option 1: Sliced Bistro Tenderloin w/Bordelaise Sauce, Sweet Corn w/Butter Sauce, Mashed Potatoes. Option 2: Chicken Parmesan w/Fettuccini Marinara, Sweet Corn w/Butter Sauce. Option 3: Maple Bacon Glazed Salmon, Sweet Corn w/Butter Sauce, Mashed Potatoes.

What will the wedding day timeline look like?

Arrive around 3:30 pm! Ceremony: 4:00pm-4:30pm. Cocktail Hour: 4:30pm-6:00 pm. Reception: 6:00pm-10:00pm.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We have elevators to take you up to the second floor if it does not rain and we still have our cocktail hour up on the second floor! Otherwise, everything else is held on the first floor.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We will be having a cash bar! So be prepared to have extra cash for your beverages!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options?

Please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate for any dietary needs.

What if it rains on the wedding day?

If it rains then the ceremony will be held in the ballroom. Our backup plan is that if it will rain we will have the ballroom half open and changed over to the ceremony look then will have the room flipped for the reception.
