What should I wear?

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or full or midi-length formal dress.

Are kids welcomed?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day! Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Can I Bring a Date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I Park Overnight?

Yes, you can park overnight as long as you pick up your car by 11am the following day.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

In late October, Phoenix enjoys lovely fall weather. You can expect daytime temperatures to be comfortably warm, ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s°F (24-29°C). Evenings can be cooler, with temperatures dropping to the 50s°F (10-15°C). We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening. We’re excited to celebrate with you in this beautiful weather!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, where you'll have the chance to enjoy the stunning views of the Superstition Mountains. The reception will take place indoors for dining and dancing.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Is there anywhere else to stay other than the room block?

Of course! If you would like to stay someplace else other than the room block we would recommend staying in the Chandler/Gilbert area.

Will there an open bar?

Of course, wouldn’t be a party without one!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

During cocktail hour, we will serve hors d’oeuvres, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know on the RSVP.

ARE YOU REGISTERED? WHERE?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, the link to our registry can be found on our wedding website.

Can i take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don’t want any phones in our photos.

Who is invited to the rehearsal dinner?

We are so excited to celebrate with everyone on Saturday, the rehearsal dinner will be kept intimate, for those invited, you will see the details when you RSVP.
