When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by September 1st to give us an accurate head count.
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
The ceremony and the reception will both take place at The Gambrel at Hillis Acres. 59 Payne Marsh Road, Berkshire, NY 13736
Where should I park?
There is a parking lot that can be accessed by the driveway for the venue. Please avoid using the driveway for the house.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:50 PM, so the ceremony can start promptly at 4PM.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Depending on the weather, the ceremony will be outdoors. If the weather is not cooperating then the ceremony will be indoors. The reception will be indoors.
Can my children come to the wedding?
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate children and will be having an adults only reception.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We want everyone to enjoy the wedding ceremony with us. So we will give everyone an opportunity to take photos with their cell phones, then ask that they be put away for everyone to enjoy the ceremony.
When does the reception end?
The reception will end at 11PM.
