We met one evening in Washington, DC at a fan favorite bar, Local 16. Fortunately for us, our friend groups came together that evening, and so did we! Alexis just so happened to have her best friends by her side, who helped break the ice between us. Fast forward that evening...

Once we made it official, we could tell this was the real deal! We stayed in Washington, DC for the next few years then decided to take the next big step and move in with each other in New York City! We embraced the big apple together, going to comedy shows, spending time with friends, eating delicious meals, but then knew it was time to settle down back in the suburbs. We bought a home and decided to settle down in Christian's hometown! Through all the craziness, 9 collective moves, 1 global pandemic, and a whole lot of smiles, here we are! Our favorite part of our adventure has been the memories we've made along the way and the time we've spent with family! ❤️

Christian surprised Alexis on June 28, 2024 (1 year before our wedding!) with the most thoughtful proposal. He proposed on East Matunuck beach with our parents nearby. After the proposal, family and friends surprised Alexis at the Leonard's home. It was a carefully orchestrated day where Christian coordinated with loved ones both near and far. We cannot describe that moment. Our hearts felt like they were going to explode. The night was perfect and we all got to spend the entire weekend together! It was truly the most spectacular weekend and we are truly grateful for each other! ❤️
