Yes! A shuttle will take guests from the hotels (Hampton Inn South Kingstown - Newport Area AND Fairfield Inn & Suites South Kingstown Newport Area) to the Dunes Club. Please refer back later for specific timing. Towards the tail-end of the reception and following the reception, the shuttle will transport guests to the after party or back to the hotels. Transportation will continue from the after party back to the hotels. Additionally, the after party is a 3 minute walk through a parking lot to the Hampton Inn South Kingstown - Newport Area, or shorter if you don't remember it the next day. 😉

Semi-formal is preferred. The cocktail hour will be held both inside and outside. The outside portion of the cocktail hour will be waterfront on the grass. The reception will be indoors.

Yes! There will be ample parking at St. Francis church. Additionally, we will have valet parking at the reception at the Dunes Club, if you'd like to drive. When you come through the Dunes Club gate, they will direct you to valet parking. You can leave your car at the club overnight if you want to use ride share (Uber, Lyft, etc.) to get home safely. Be mindful that ride sharing can be scarce late in the evening in this area. Your car will be safe in the parking lot overnight.

Guests not staying at the hotel will be responsible for their own transportation. Feel free to drive your car to the Hampton Inn South Kingstown - Newport Area hotel if you'd like to leave it there and pick it back up after the after party. Alternatively, guests can use ride share services to get to and from the weekend festivities. However, be mindful that ride sharing can be scarce late in the evening in this area.
