To utilize the room block, you must call the hotel directly and press 0 in the option menu to speak directly with the hotel staff. Do not book accommodation with the automated system and do not book online, or your rate may differ. The room block is under The Nelson Wedding. You can reserve Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Sunday, it is up to you. Reservations must be made by July 7, 2026. There are only twenty-five rooms on the room block. If you utilize the room block, please text Alexis at 217-218-8008 to let her know that you have utilized the block in order to keep track of how many slots we have left! Shuttle services will be offered from the Hampton Inn to and from the convention center starting at 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon and concluding at 11:00 pm on Saturday evening.
