We have a room block reserved at the Hampton Inn and Suites a few miles from the convention center. Guests are responsible for their own accommodations for the weekend!

Your children are allowed to come if they were included on your RSVP. With that being said, there will be a family friendly portion of the evening, but we do expect for things to turn not so family friendly after 8:00 pm.

If you were given the option to bring a guest, it would be included in your RSVP. Unfortunately, we do not have the space for additional guests that were not accounted for prior to this point.

In order to finish preparations for our big day by the deadline, we will need you to RSVP by June 27, 2026. Anyone who RSVPs after, may be subject to being last in line for dinner! ;)

We kindly ask that you leave your phone in your purse or pocket on silent during our ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer for the special occasion, and I would like for the view to not include cell phones in once in a lifetime shots.

There is free on-site parking at our venue. Parking in front of the doors is prohibited, and you must park in a parking space not under the carport.

No, our venue is completely indoors for both the ceremony and reception. We should remain in climate-controlled areas for the most part, with the exception of the wedding party and close family for pictures outdoors, weather permitting.
