Can I take pictures at the Ceremony in the Chapel?
Our ceremony is an unplugged service due to the capturing of professional photographs and videoing of our special wedding day.
Does the Greenbrier Resort have a dress code?
Yes, please google search at https://www.greenbrier.com/ to learn more about their dress code requirements.
Is there a hotel accomodation block for guests?
Yes, please call 855.268.2994, press option 2 for reservations. Please also reference the Lorenze and Warder Wedding.
SHOULD GUESTS MAKE DINNER RESERVATIONS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING WEEKEND?
Yes, it is important to make dinner reservations in advance, for any meals outside of the wedding activities, as restaurants within the Greenbrier Resort as well as the surrounding area book up quickly.
What will the weather be like at the Greenbrier in October?
The weather can vary this time of the year between 68 degrees to 78 degrees. A recommendation would be to pack layers of clothing and an umbrella permitting inclement weather occurs.

Does the Greenbrier offer Valet Services?
Yes, however, there is a valet daily fee of $25.00, and parking is complimentary.
What time should I arrive for the wedding?
Guests arriving the day of the wedding should arrive an hour or so prior to the ceremony or sooner.
Will there be a shuttle service available?
A shuttle service will be available to transport guests to and from the ceremony. However, should you elect to walk it is a short beautiful walk through the garden weather permitting.
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for the wedding is black tie.
Where is the ceremony taking place, and is it indoors?
The ceremony will be held at the Greenbrier Chapel and is indoor.
What time does the ceremony officially start?
The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour where they will be served canape's and beverages.
Where will the cocktail hour take place and what time?
The cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting, at the colonial lounge & terrace. It begins at 6:00 PM
Where will the reception & dinner be held, and what time?
The reception will be held indoor in the Colonial Ballroom, it begins at 7:00 PM
Will a vegetarian meal option be available?
There will be a vegetarian meal option available.
Are there other wedding events I can attend?
All guests are invited to a Welcome Celebration Party that will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 in the Cameo Room. This celebration is from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM
What should I do if I cannot make the wedding celebration?
You will be missed, and if you cannot make the wedding celebration please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "NO" so we can plan accordingly.
Is the wedding an adult only wedding?
While we love your children, our wedding is going to be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We look forward to celebrating with our family and close friends.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is RSVP only, and guests are listed on the prepaid postage reply card.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP card?
RSVP reply cards are due on September 15, 2021. We are asking that all guest mail back the RSVP card in the prepaid postage envelope enclosed in your wedding invitation suite.
Is the Greenbrier wheelchair accessible?
The Greenbrier is wheelchair accessible.

Where will the cocktail hour be held if it rains?
Permitting it should rain, the cocktail hour could possibly change from the outdoor Colonial Lounge and Terrace to inside in the Chesapeake Room.
Is there a mask mandate at the Greenbrier Hotel?
At the present time, guests are not required to wear a mask at the Greenbrier Hotel. Should this change our website will be updated to reflect any changes.
