Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal
Bahia Principe Resorts has four separate all-inclusive resorts (all food & beverage included) located in the Riviera Maya which include Akumal Luxury Resort (ocean front- tier 1), Tulum Grande Resort (ocean front – tier 2), Sian Ka’an Resort(tier 3), and Coba Resort (tier 4).
A free continuous shuttle service between resorts is provided.
We have booked our room in the adults only section in Akumal Luxury if anyone would like to be in the same general area as us.

AIRPORT
The closest airport for travel is in Cancun Mexico (CUN) which is approximately 90 minutes from the resort. Bahia Principe Resorts has a shuttle service available for transferring you to and from the airport at a cost of roughly $25 per person each way. Arranging for the transport is available on the “transfers” tab located at the top of the resort website.
Travel to Mexico will require a US Passport - hopefully you have yours by now! You will be able to book flights and accommodations without a passport but must have it in hand for travel.
