Yes! Our venue requires a seating chart. So please RSVP in a timely manner so that we can seat everyone appropriately.

We kindly ask that only those named on invitations attend our special day. Please understand that there will be a seating chart and anyone who does not RSVP will not have a seat.

We ask that you don't arrive earlier than 4:45 PM for the 5:00 PM ceremony as we might still be taking a few photos. After the ceremony feel free to walk around outside during the cocktail hour and enjoy the large outdoor swinging day beds and beautiful views of the foothills.

While we love a good pair of sweatpants, we hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail or semi-formal attire! No jeans or shorts please

Yes! The venue has a very nice sized paved parking lot. Please park and go to the welcome entry on the northern side of the venue. Ushers will seat you in the outdoor ceremony site.

No! Everything is at the same beautiful location, nestled in the foothills.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. There is an indoor ceremony site that will be used in case of inclimate weather. Cocktail hour will also be outside, weather permitting. The reception will be inside.

We ask that you turn your devices off and enjoy the ceremony with us in the moment. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer who will be capturing these memories for us.
