Finest Suites are the resort's standard room level for both adults and kids. Finest Club and Excellence Club are upgraded room categories at Finest. If you book a club-level room you will have access to a private bar, pool area, restaurant, and 24 hours concierge service, the best ocean views on the property, and more. Many people love the upgrades that come with these rooms, however, they are not necessary to have a great trip. The difference between Excellence Club and Finest Club is that Excellence Club is for ADULTS ONLY (18+). Yes, you can but be advised that: 1. You will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason 2. You will not be able to modify your reservation at all, and 3. You will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Codes in the "GROUP BOOKING" section and book the "EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER" option because it will include free cancellation up until 24 hrs before arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. We would hate for you to lose any money if you have to cancel your stay.

Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion!

Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend bringing $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff if you feel that they gave exceptional service. *Please note that some restaurants and bars at the resort require "casual elegance" attire.
