Q + A

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIP?

Guests should book flights, cars, and lodging as far in advance as possible due to Indian Wells Tennis Open on 3/17/24. Hotels in the area will book quickly! Nearby airports include Ontario (ONT) and Palm Springs (PSP). Los Angeles (LAX) is another possibility but much farther away. The Loma Linda area offers more cost-effective lodging than Indian Wells. Visit our "Lodging" tab for special hotel rates for wedding guests. We appreciate your effort in coming to our wedding and look forward to seeing you!

VENUE DIRECTIONS

To avoid traffic from the tennis open (if coming from Loma Linda): ---Merge onto I-10 East toward Palm Springs ---Take Exit 134 onto Cook St* toward UCR Palm Desert Campus ---Turn right onto Cook St ---Turn left onto CA-111 South ---Turn left onto Indian Wells Lane ---Follow the round-a-bout toward the Indian Wells Golf Resort entrance.

*We strongly suggest exiting the highway onto Cook Street.

The venue is approximately:

-15 minutes away from Palm Springs

-75 minutes away from Loma Linda

-2.5 hours away from Los Angeles

PARKING

Free valet parking is provided for all wedding guests. Self-parking is also available.

WHERE DO I GO AFTER PARKING?

Proceed through the entrance of the golf club house. You will see a "Salazar-Shaw Wedding" sign, and an attendant will direct you to the rear of the lobby. Venue staff will transport guests via golf cart to the ceremony site.
