Aline is from south Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul State, which means she’s very proud of where she’s from. She’s an only child and was raised by her mom. She grew up in Santa Cruz do Sul, a small city with German culture. As a little girl Aline loved to spend time at her grandparents farm around animals, the smell of grass and tobacco were her favorite, being the last the main thing her family planted on their land. She’s a meat lover, loves animals and the color yellow.
Little Aline dreamt of being a volleyball player, astronaut and archaeologist to discover old languages. Being with different people is when she feels more connected to the world.
Aline moved out her hometown at 18 to live in the State Capital, Porto Alegre. Her first experience living abroad was in Bogota and Medellin, Colombia, as a volunteer working with social projects for underprivileged children.
In the US she’s lived in Barrington (RI), Great Neck (NY) and in Manhattan (NY).
“From now on wherever Matt goes I’ll go… he’s my home now.” - Mrs. Rizzo
I was raised on Long Island, NY to a loving family and always had pets. Growing up I always wanted to be in the military, spy/police, or an archeologist like Indiana Jones. I never got a whip like Indiana Jones but I do have a steel baton.
I’ve lived in NYC, on Long Island, in San Diego, and spent a year in Georgia. It looks like Florida will be my next move.
A new state, but now I’ll have my wife to experience it with me.
