Invitations and RSVP
Invitations will be mailed out late August with a September RSVP date. Please respond by RSVP deadline to ensure proper guest counts are provided to the venue. RSVP’s not returned or received past the deadline may not be able to be included in the finalized list.
If your RSVP card has been lost, please contact Alison as soon as possible so your RSVP can be properly accounted for.
The Bride and Groom appreciate guests' understanding that the reception is an adult only celebration. Additional guests and those under 21 are limited to immediate family or those who are listed on the invitation.
Dress Code and Attire
Formal attire is kindly requested. Guests are encouraged to wear black-tie.
Ceremony and Reception Spaces
While both the ceremony and reception locations are indoor spaces, please be mindful that weather in Pittsburgh can be unpredictable, especially in November. The Bride and Groom encourage guests to check the weather close to the date of the wedding and prepare to bring winter coats, umbrellas, or sunglasses for travel between the ceremony and reception venues.
The ceremony and reception spaces are both wheelchair accessible.
Accessible access for St. Peter's can be found on side entrances located on Arch Street and W Commons Street.
Accessible access for the PPG Wintergarden can be found through the entrance at PPG Place, by the ice skating rink and Christmas tree.
Parking and Hotels
There are many parking and hotel options around Pittsburgh close to the weekend's events and activities. Specific details and recommendations can be found under the website's Travel page.
Food and Beverage
Passed appetizers during cocktail hour and a plated dinner will be provided at the Wintergarden. Dinner selections will be made via the RSVP card. If you suffer from food allergies, please contact us so we can speak to venue about alternatives.
An open bar will be provided for cocktail hour and after dinner. The Bride and Groom ask all guests to drink responsibly and use various transportation options available to arrive home safely. Uber codes and information can be found on the website's Travel page.
After Party
Please join the Bride and Groom at the Industrialist Hotel's lounge after the reception to close out the night with snacks and a cash bar. The Industrialist Lounge can be found on the second floor of the Industrialist Hotel adjacent to the main lobby.
Gifts
The biggest gift is your support and presence at the wedding. However, if you wish to purchase a gift, please visit this website's registry page.
Photography
The Bride and Groom ask for guests to be mindful of the other guests, the professional photographer, and videographer by turning off and storing all devices during the ceremony, speeches, and special dances. Pictures are more than welcome during the reception. Opportunities and instructions to share with the Bride and Groom will be provided at the reception.
