Ya didn’t come to Mystic if ya didn’t drive over the bridge or see it from the park. This is the centerpiece of our beloved town and it connects our cute downtown shops. If you go to see anything- this is it. The oldest working drawbridge in America. Watch it go up and down for big sailboats headed to the Mystic Seaport.
20 mins from Mystic or a nice spot to stop if you flew into Providence, RI. This is Ally’s favorite beach! Park in downtown Watch Hill and walk up the hill to the “East Beach Access Rd”. What is a bustling place in the summer, may be desolate in the fall. Taylor’s house is the unmistakable big white mansion on top of the hill. When Ally was learning to fly she would practice flying the maneuver called "turns-around-a-point" around Taylor's house. Her music videos often feature views from her yard. Listen to “The Last Great American Dynasty”. Other sights here include the famous Ocean House hotel and Ally’s other favorite beach, Napatree Point.
