What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests encouraged to arrive at 4:00 PM for seating.
What is the dress code?
Black tie optional.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Mission Ranch is a gorgeous property with pastures overlooking the ocean. A seated dinner will be hosted indoors in the property's famed Large Barn followed by dancing in the adjacent Patio Barn.
Is the ceremony really on a Friday?
Yes. It turns out Mission Ranch is incredibly popular! We have events planned before and after the big day as a draw for guests and to make a vacation out of the affair.
What will the weather be like?
The weather should be sunny with a high of 69 and low of 54. Sunrise should be just after 6:00 am, and sunset should be just after 8:00 pm.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Mission Ranch is located at 26270 Dolores Street, Carmel, CA 93923. We recommend Uber or Lyft although parking on-site is also an option.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, on-site parking is available.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
If you were not able to indicate dietary restrictions and allergies, please let us know and we will make proper dining accommodations.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Most hotels are small, boutique inns and are not offering room blocks. Such is the charm of a small seaside town, but booking in advance will afford guests many affordable and comfortable stay options.
As lodging is in high demand in Carmel this time of year, guests are encouraged to book lodging as soon as possible.
Most guests are arriving Thursday and checking out Sunday, although many are extending their stay with earlier arrivals or later departures.
For additional details please see Travel and Lodging.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We kindly ask that guests put away cell phones and cameras during the ceremony. Your presence means the world to us, and we hope you'll join us in being fully present for this special moment. We've hired a fantastic photographer/videographer duo, and we look forward to sharing those memories with you soon. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and share the love using #meetthepangs!
I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Carmel?

Do you have a wedding registry?

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?
