DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Lancaster
If you are planning to stay in the hotel Thursday, August 3rd and/or Friday, August 4th, we have blocked off rooms for our guests. Click the WEBSITE button below to book through a discounted rate.
We plan to get together after the rehearsal dinner and the wedding in the hotel lobby. Please join us, if you are able!
The last day to book to receive the discounted rate is July 4th. After that date, you can still book a room, it will just be at the normal rate.
Check-in time is 4 pm, but the hotel said if you request an earlier check-in, they are usually able to accommodate it.

Shultz Transportation Co
There will be a shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the venue AT 3:00 pm. There will only be ONE shuttle, so if you are not in front of the hotel, at this time, you will need to drive yourself. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the venue.
Please be mindful that the shuttle will LEAVE at 3:00 to ensure that guests are able to arrive for the ceremony on time, which begins at 4:00 pm.
The shuttle will also bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding around 10:15 pm.
