Blake and Alli met through a mutual friend in December 2019. They were both freshmen in college. Blake was at Winona State and Alli was at Bethel University. They decided to go on our first date in January of 2020. They were heading to a nice restaurant in Winona but when they got there, it was packed! They ended up going to Culvers instead LOL! After the date, Blake and Alli lost touch until March 2020 were they reconnected....and then the whole world shut down. They were trying to get to know each other through Facetime and phone calls. Their parents finally (probably tired of hearing them ask!) Let them go on their second "first" date. Everything was still closed at this point so their second "first" date was at Quarry Hill park in Rochester. They spent HOURS walking around and just talking and getting to know each other. Their dates every week after were at nature reserves until they went back to school in August and Blake asked Alli to be his girlfriend. Throughout the 4 years, Blake and Alli drove thousands of miles to see each other. Every mile was worth it. After 4 years of long distance and only seeing each other once every other weekend, Blake asked Alli to marry him at the Plummer House in Rochester, one of their date spots back in 2020. They have been through so much together from growing up in college, to first jobs, and college graduation. They have both dreamed of this day and cannot wait to start their forever!! #BecomingTheEndles
