Are my kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. If your little ones are invited they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you on the day!

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP by May 21, 2024 by using the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we do not get and RSVP back by this date, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and cannot accept late RSVP's. We thank you for your understanding!

What if I can't make it?

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Decline." If you have RSVP'd attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Alli 507-837-2406

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! That being said, we ask that guests dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The dinner will take place indoors and dancing will take place outside on the venues outdoor dance floor! Come ready to boogie!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We have blocked rooms off at the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Owatonna. Look to the travel section for more information.

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (4:30pm) to make sure everyone is seated on time. We will start the ceremony right at 4:30pm, if you arrive after that, unfortunately, you will not be seated.

Where should guests park?

There will be designated spots to park at the venue. Please follow a venue employee or other guests to park in the designated parking! To avoid drinking and driving, the venue graciously allows guests to leave their car parked overnight at the venue. We have provided the number of a local taxi company in the Travel section of our website or Uber/ Lyft may be available the night of the wedding. Please pick up your vehicle by 10 am on Saturday!

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight inside, where we will be serving a light food and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Will there be a bar?

Yes, we will be having a cash bar! While we will offer many options, beer and non alcoholic beverages are on us. There is no outside alcohol permitted on the venue grounds. All alcohol must be purchased through the bar on site. Thank you for your understanding.
