Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Batavia. It is about a half hour drive from the venue. If you’d like to book there, just call and mention “the Phillips/Valincourt wedding” so they can give you the discounted rate. Please book your stay by May 14th to ensure a room in our block.

Anyone who is single and not in a relationship is more than welcome to bring a guest. When you RSVP, you’ll have the option to indicate if a guest will be attending with you.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow extra time for any delays you may encounter and plenty of time to be seated.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. It will be closed for one hour during dinner.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the “island” while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors with air conditioning. Guests will walk to the ceremony on paved and heel-friendly pathways.

There are two venues onsite. The first one on the right hand side when you pull down the road is the Timberlodge. You will want to go past this one towards the end of the road where you will see the Sterling on the right as well. There is a large parking lot directly across from the venue.

Yes, all vehicles can be left at the venue overnight.

Kindly dress in cocktail attire for the occasion. For women this may include dresses or elegant separates; for men suits or dress pants paired with a dress shirt are appropriate.

We love your children but we have decided to keep this an adults only event aside from our own children. If you’d like to bring a younger guest as your plus one, we ask that you keep it to those 18 and older.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift you can have it delivered to our home at 335 Willowbrooke Drive Brockport, NY 14420. We will be moving shortly though so a quick message to verify the address beforehand would be appreciated. There will also be a card box at our reception.

Our reception will end around 11pm.

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony “unplugged” and refrain from taking any photos or videos then as we want to enjoy the moment with all of our loved ones. We have multiple professional vendors who will be taking photos and video. However after the ceremony, feel free to take as many as you’d like!
