Aislyn Havell - Maid of Honour
Aislyn and I quickly became best friends about eight years ago. It all started with a hike one summer (that I invited myself on) and we’ve been nearly inseparable ever since. We even had a brief stint as roommates, which was a fun few months filled with a lot of laughs and even more handstands. Whenever I need an adventure partner, Aislyn is always my go-to. Whether it’s crazy runs, biking, hikes, backpacking or skiing trips, if it’s an adventure, we’re likely doing it together.
I feel so incredibly lucky to call Aislyn one of my best friends and my Maid of Honor. Love you, Ais!
Hailey Drake - Bridesmaid
Hailey and I have shared a steady and evolving friendship over the past seven years. We were introduced through Kyle and other mutual friends, and I’m so glad we were. Hailey is the friend I can always turn to for advice, knowing she'll offer her honest, yet loving, opinion. She’s also an amazing mom to two beautiful kids, who I adore. Despite her busy life, she always makes time for me and is up for anything!
I’m incredibly grateful for our friendship and feel lucky to call her one of my best friends. I can’t wait to have Hailey by my side on my wedding day. Love you, Hailey!
Kendra Gagne - Bridesmaid
Kendra and I met during our undergrad at RDC, and we’ve been amazing friends ever since, even though we’re rarely in the same city. She quite literally got me through school, acting as my personal calendar—reminding me of my schedule and assignment due dates. I don’t think I could have managed without her.
Kendra is the most dependable, caring, and genuine friend I could have ever asked for. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her in my life and even more so to have her standing by my side on my big day. Love you, Kendra!
Abbey Busch - Bridesmaid
Abbey is my big sister and has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. She values family and close relationships so deeply that she’s willing to do absolutely anything for the ones she loves. While we may not have always gotten along growing up, now that we are "mature adults," we’ve grown quite close. I look up to Abbey in so many aspects of life, including how hard working she is, and know I can always count on her!
I'm pretty dang lucky to have my big sister stand next to me on my wedding day. Love you, Abbs!
Amy Bell - Bridesmaid
Amy is my baby sister who is also probably a lot more mature and grown up than I am. Amy and I have always had a pretty close relationship and she is someone I can tell anything to and know that she will always have my back. She also embraces my all my quirks wholeheartedly - and loves capturing photos of them. I’ve always admired Amy’s easygoing nature (I was always much more "Type A"), yet she is still one of the most determined and strong-willed people that I know. I am so lucky to have my lil' sis standing next to me on my big day. Love you, Amy!
Kayla Williams - Bridesmaid
Kayla is Kyle's sister, so our relationship began to form shortly after Kyle and I started dating. She is the kind of person who always puts others before herself and is incredibly genuine and caring. Kayla and I share a lot in common, particularly our profession as physiotherapists, which allows us to geek out about anatomy together.
I look up to Kayla in many aspects of life and I'm not sure how I got so lucky to have a sister-in-law like her, but I'm sure glad I did!
I am so excited to have her stand next to me on my wedding day. Love you, Kayla!
Daine Strankman - Best Man
It's hard to remember exactly when Daine and I first met—it feels like it's been forever. I think Kayla brought me along to one of her high school parties, and that’s where we hit it off. Daine and I have so much in common—whether it's power sports, water sports, snow sports, you name it. Oh, and we’re both giving golf our best shot. We're usually not all that successful, but persistence is definitely key. Happy to have you stand up beside me as my Best Man.
Drew Williams - Groomsman
Drew—Kayla’s husband and all-around great guy. I’ve had the privilege of letting him date and eventually marry my sister. Clearly, I think he's pretty awesome. Much like Daine and I, Drew and I connect over our shared love for power sports, tackling construction projects, and coming up with ridiculous and fun ideas. It’s been a blast having him as part of the family, and I’m genuinely happy to have him standing by my side today.
Logan Seibold - Groomsman
Logan and I first crossed paths in trade school for welding, and we hit it off right away. We became fast friends, bonding over our shared love of motorsports, snow sports, and water sports. Notice a trend? He helped me pick out my first quad and dirt bike. Eventually, we even bought my dad's boat and rigged it up for night wakeboarding.
Our adventures didn’t stop there. We both made the bold decision to quit our jobs and travel for a year. We explored a huge part of Australia and nearly circled New Zealand twice. Those were some of the best times of my life.
Although Logan’s living in Nashville with his wife and kids and we don’t talk as often as we used to, I’m incredibly grateful that he made the time to come back home and stand beside me. His friendship means the world to me, and I’m so happy to have him in my life!
Kyle Bell - Groomsman
Kyle Bell—of course, another Kyle, and naturally, married to a Busch, just to add another layer to the family dynamics. As if having all the sisters' names start with “A” wasn’t enough to keep track of! I’m sure you can guess what I’m about to say next... Yep, we bonded over motorsports, water sports, and honestly, pretty much anything with an engine. From trucks to tractors, to Kyle always coming through when I found myself in over my head with mechanical projects that weren’t going quite as planned.
I’m really glad to have you standing by our side today, Kyle. Your friendship means a lot, and I’m grateful for all the laughs and good times we've had along the way.
Joel Cressey - Groomsman
Hey, here’s another one! I believe Joel and I met at the same party where I met Daine. And yes, I’m about to say it again—we bonded over motorsports, snow sports, and tractors. Joel’s got a huge shop for all his machinery, which he’s always generous enough to lend out for project space. He’s also there to lend a hand whenever I need it.
Honestly, I’m lucky I didn’t annoy him too much when I’d break farm equipment and have to make that dreaded trip back to the shop to fix it. But somehow, we’re still friends, Your friendship means a lot to me, and it’s awesome to have you standing by my side on my wedding day!
