Check out a Cubs game - Kansas City plays at Wrigley Field 7/21-7/23 and they play the White Sox at Rate Field that weekend.

Take an architecture boat tour on the river - one of my favorite activities for out-of-towners! A great way to see the city and learn a bit about it too.

Go shopping on the Magnificent Mile - shop til you drop along Michigan Avenue that offers over 400 retail stores.

Check out the local food scene - Chicago has amazing restaurants and bars. Eat your way through the West Loop or take in the views at one of the many rooftop bars the city has to offer!

Be the ultimate tourist and visit the Skydeck at the Willis Tower - stand on a glass balcony on the 103rd floor of Chicago's tallest building and see the city from a new perspective!

Take a walk along the lakefront or hang out on one of Chicago's beaches - Get your steps in with a stunning view of the city or take a dip in Lake Michigan.

Visit Navy Pier - take a ride on the Centennial Ferris Wheel, play arcade games, or check out the shops and restaurants the pier offers with a lakefront view.
