The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
What will the weather be like in Tampa in April?
Better than any place you’re coming from! The average temperature can range from nice to very nice (60s-80s)
Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?
We have done our best to include children of family and close friends, noted as “[Last_Name Family]” on the invites.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask you to please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional to capture our moment so you don’t have to!
What happens after the ceremony?
The ceremony will conclude at the church by 3:15. Trolleys from Le Meridian will be waiting to transport guests to the reception venue starting at 4:00 pm, making multiple trips to Hyde Park and back. Please note there will be plenty of food and drinks available during cocktail hour starting at 5:00!
What are the transportation options?
We have reserved trolleys to transport guests from downtown to Hyde Park starting at 4:00 pm, and it will make multiple trips. Please note pickup will be from the Le Meridian. The trolleys will also be transporting guests at the end of the evening after the reception back to downtown, making stops at the after party venue, Hyatt Place, and Le Meridien.
Is the reception indoors or outdoors?
It’s both! The reception is a mixed indoor-outdoor space with a covered terrace, so no need to worry about inclement weather but you may want a light jacket in case it is a cooler night.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available downtown around the church for an hourly rate. Free parking is available in Hyde Park in any of the three garages.
Can I bring a plus one?
All plus ones will be named or otherwise designated as "& guest" on your formal invitations. Please be sure to include their first and last name in the RVSP form so we can include them in our venue's seating chart.
