The ceremony and reception are at the same place. The Hyatt Regency Harborside Hotel, Boston, MA. The Ceremony will be outdoors and so will the cocktail hour. The Reception will be in a covered pavilion adjacent to the hotel. The entire venue will overlook the skyline of Boston.

NIGHT BEFORE - FOOD & DRINK OPTIONS For guests coming in the night before, the Hyatt Hotel restaurant and bar offer great food and beverage options. The Harborside hours are 5:00-10:00p and the Midhship bar closes at 11:00pm. Harborside Grill Inspired cuisine and a striking view are on the menu at our Boston Harbor restaurant. You're more than welcome to book any hotel or air b n b accommodation. We did reserve a hotel block. You can reserve using the room block 13 months prior to the Wedding. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable. So come as you wish. But we understand some guidance is always helpful. Tie optional. Sandals if you wish. Smart & summer comfortable. We want this to be as much a party as it is a wedding! The venue is outdoor and indoor. Sunglasses & a light jacket (recommended for the evening).

We don't want to jinx it but we're expecting 70 - 80 degree weather in the evening. We're hoping for a beautiful sunset. Sunglasses & a light jacket (for the evening) are advisable.

We're currently saving every penny for our a new home. We’re building a new construction townhome in Kennett Square, PA and hope to be in our new home between November and February. We will have a cocktail hour after the ceremony and then a plated meal followed by our wedding cake and dessert pastries. Yes we will have alcohol. Lots of alcohol!

We have a vegetarian option and two gluten free options. Please make sure to fill out any dietary restrictions on your rsvp. We will do our best to accommodate.

The Hyatt Regency Harborside Hotel is located within the Boston Logan Airport footprint. It will take less than 5 minutes to get from any of the terminals to the hotel. Please triple check the address when you put it in your phone as some GPS will direct you to other Hyatt Regency's downtown. There is a free Hotel Shuttle that is very easy to use and you can make your way to the uber/lyft and taxi's/ parking area in the airport also.

A free shuttle will be available from the airport upon request. Please call the Hyatt to assist you. Uber/Lyft and taxis are frequent in the area.

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before (4:30p) the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Walk through the lobby and head towards the outdoor area. Seating for the ceremony will be on the lawn opposite the Boston skyline.

Parking is not free but it is discounted for any guests that are staying at the hotel. There is also valet parking. You can pay by credit card at the front desk on your way out.
