Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

The Loews hotel is 500 feet from the Cathedral of Incarnation.

BNA airport is 8.6 miles from the Loews hotel.

We do not recommend renting a car due to the very limited parking in Downtown Nashville and exorbitant price of parking (~$50 each time you park). The Loews Hotel is in a very walkable location and we recommend Uber/Lyft for locations you cannot walk to.

The ceremony and reception are both at the Cathedral of Incarnation! They have a beautiful reception hall :)

We request formal wear- long dresses for women and a suit and slacks for men.

We recommend dressing like you’re heading to a nice dinner or church.
