Garden party attire - think flowy sundresses, bright colored jumpsuits or lightweight pants and button down. Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be held lakeside ‘on the green’ , so choose shoes that you can walk comfortably in on grass.

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), right along the lake. And weather permitting the cocktail party will be outdoors on the patio at Rosewood (otherwise we’ll move inside). Dinner and dancing will be inside Rosewood. Guests will have access to the outdoor patio - complete with fire tables and an outside bar - during cocktail hour and for the whole night of dancing.

Ceremony: Due to limited parking at Belvidere Park where the ceremony will be held, a 14-person complimentary shuttle will run continuously every 5-10 minutes from the Fontana Community Church parking lot (275 Kinzie Avenue, Fontana) to the ceremony at Belvidere Park (465 North Lakeshore Drive, Fontana). The shuttle will return guests to their cars immediately after the ceremony. Reception: A 46-person shuttle will run continuously from 8 to 11 pm between the reception at Rosewood and Lake Lawn Lodge (where we have a room block) and then Rosewood and Belvidere Park. Guests are free to leave their cars overnight at Rosewood and can return on Sunday to pick them up.

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00. Guests are encouraged to arrive at Belvidere Park prior to 3:30 pm, and should be seated so that the ceremony can start on time. Please allow ample time to park at the Fontana Community Church parking lot, shuttle to Belvidere Park, and enter the ceremony area.

If inclement weather occurs, we will move our ceremony to be inside at Rosewood, where the cocktail party, reception and dance are already scheduled. Guests will be notified via email and/or text in advance the day of the wedding.

We’ve worked hard to create a guest list that feels personal to us. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your envelope and RSVP form.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If you can, we appreciate you making arrangements so you can enjoy a night out with us.
