When should I RSVP?
Please be sure to RSVP by May 1, 2026.
What's the wedding itinerary?
Our wedding will take place at Carmel Fields on Sunday, June 14th. We recommend arriving from 4:30 - 4:45 PM so you have time to get situated and be seated by 4:50 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00 PM.
Is there a recommended hotel?
Please see the "Travel" tab for recommended hotels in the area. This list includes several we have personally stayed at in addition to our venue's recommendations. There are many hotel and inn options within 30 minutes of the venue. Carmel, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Marina all have great options. Feel free to research and book wherever you feel most comfortable!
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation.
What's the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code is cocktail. Please wear your favorite cocktail attire and avoid white or jeans.

What type of food will be served?
A variety of options will be available. Appetizers will be served at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a buffet.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors, then we will move inside for the reception.
How do I get to the venue?
Carmel Fields is located at 4860 Carmel Valley Road. There is a large parking lot on-site right outside the venue entrance.
Feel free to drive yourself, carpool, or Uber/Lyft. In the case that you drive to the venue but decide to use a ride share at the end of the night, you are able to leave your car parked at the venue overnight.
