Unfortunately, there are no direct flights to Koh Samui. Airlines like Scoot, Singapore Airlines, Jet Star and Thai Airways offer the best routes.

Flying via Singapore or Phuket is often your best bet depending on flight times and layovers.

The flight from Perth - Singapore is roughly 5 hours, then a further 2 to Koh Samui.

Alternatively, flying direct to Phuket will then leave you with a short 45 minute flight to Koh Samui.
