We have a strict guest list as our venue has a maximum of 120 guests. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation.

Generally during the day, it's sunny and 80's, and at night it will fall in the 60's to 70's. This area is very rainy so pack an umbrella, but usually the rain lets up quickly! Prepare for humidity :)

Both will be located at Pier Suite Events on Pensacola Beach. This is located on the 3rd floor above Casino Bar and Grill. The address is 41 Fort Pickens Rd, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561. When you arrive, head towards the pier, and before reaching the pier the elevator will be located on your left. To get to the 3rd floor, key in the code, which is 5#.

The ceremony will take place on the balcony of the venue, which is outdoors. Then, the reception will take place indoors with activities on the balcony. If raining, both will take place inside. We will NOT be on the sand on the beach, but the venue overlooks the beach. However, you are welcome to head down to the beach during cocktail hour or the reception!

There are 2 parking lots that are easily accessible to the venue (they are connected). These are located at 43-99 Fort Pickens Rd, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561 & 3 Casino Beach Boardwalk, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561. During May, since these are the main parking lots for the main beach, these may fill up quickly - we recommend carpooling and planning ahead.

Because there are not many Ubers in the area, we recommend 2 companies that drive you around in golf carts throughout Pensacola Beach. For both of them, transportation is free except for tips (please plan ahead so you have cash to properly tip your driver!!) For Island Breeze Carts, call 850-565-9532. For Gopher Carts, call 850-972-8485.

The dress code will be semi-formal. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit or sports coat.

We have 20 rooms blocked off at the Holiday Inn Express on Pensacola Beach, and 10 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Gulf Breeze for May 3-6. Please refer to travel tab for more details on these hotel blocks and for additional recommendations for accommodations. We recommend you plan ahead as May is a busy month for tourists in this area as it is the first fully warm month.

There will be a welcome dinner on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 5:30 PM at Island Culture Sneaky Tiki Bar located on 17 Via De Luna Dr, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561. This is located behind the RV park on the bay side: you will need to walk through it to reach it. There is no parking at the bar: You can either park at the main beach parking lot, the Cafe Bistro parking lot, or the parking lot by Shrimp Basket. Please refer to the photos tab for the map showing you where the bar and parking is located. Please refer to the home page for more details.

Yes, we will have an open bar and a taco bar in honor of Cinco de Mayo.
